Nice, comfy stay Positive: Location, ease of check in/out and app for all relevant info/details. Lovely comfy bed. Spacious for one bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Very quiet area. Plenty of parking options. Negative: Needs a deep clean, very dusty nightshade and blinds and scaffolding an eyesore. Shower pressure weak.

Worn out but usable. Positive: Having the living room and bedroom separate was perfect for us and our toddler that still has naps. Good amount of cups. Quiet location. Close to the city centre. Parking available. Comfy couch. Good cooking facilities despite missing knob. Towels and linens seemed clean. Negative: The damp smell, the numerous attempts to cover the smell and full moisture absorbers everywhere. The floors needed mopping. Dusty rugs. Noisy having a shared entrance hallway. Garden unusable- full of builder's materials and open cans. Old door hinges - difficult to open and close doors. Broken floor tile on step into kitchen. Scaffolding up right outside as the property above is having work done (not while we were there). No cot (nor space for one) despite it being an option to request and requested and confirmed. Wall undecorated behind where TV used to be (in the listing photos). Cracked paint and damaged walls.

Great stay with an easy 10 min walk to Mermaid Quay. Positive: Very well equipped kitchen. Super comfy bed. Relaxing sofa. Very spacious with everything you could need. Brilliant communication from the host x Negative: A few areas could do with a paint touch up x
