Positive: The location is just a few minutes by bus from the center and the train station. The space is comfortable and has everything you need for cooking. The furnishings are elegant, and the shower is nice and functional. It's very quiet at night. Negative: There was an unexpected issue upon our arrival that the property manager quickly resolved by sending two efficient cleaners.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Cardiff-Aufenthalt!! Positive: Die Lage ist top,es gibt auch ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Wir waren schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der große Park ist gleich nebenan. Negative: Die Geschirrauswahl müsste etwas mehr sein,die große Pfanne ist auch nicht für Induktionsherde geeignet und der Deckenlüfter im Wohnzimmer ist sehr laut,wir konnten ihn nicht ausschalten.

Séjour agréable à proximité du centre ville Positive: Le calme du quartier résidentiel et la proximité avec le centre ville. Negative: Il n'y avait que deux chaises pour manger à table car les deux tabourets étaient beaucoup trop haut. Les consignes de tri des déchets n'étaient pas faciles à suivre.

Positive: Quiet, comfortable and in a good situation. Kitchen well equipped. Bedroom comfortable and in a quiet spot. Lovely, local coffee shops and independent shops close by. Negative: Parking could be an issue but we managed to get parked on Cathedral Road. The ceiling spots in the bathroom were very dim.

Nice location close to Sophia Gardens and Bute Park and easily walkable to city centre amd main attractions. Positive: Nice location in residential area; a few local pubs with nice food/drink offerings. Great shower and heated towel rack kept bathroom warm (almost too warm as couldn’t adjust). Kitchen well equipped for what we needed - kettle, sufficient dishes/glasses, etc. Damage deposit was returned promptly after we checked out. Negative: We were 2, but flat is advertised 4-person with 2nd bed being pullout couch in lounge area. Also only 2 chairs for dining table. Not suitable for 4 people as not enough seating. Lounge wall and ceiling had quite a bit of old water damage that looked bad; washer/drier machine was confusing to operate. Pillows were quite flat so we each needed 2 or 3 for sleeping but there was only 2 pillow cases provided. We lost internet connection early in our last evening there and it never came back before departing next day. Property manager was not good at communicating once we arrived. They never replied to our first day enquiries about burned out kitchen lights, food waste bin and pillow cases. Requirement for significant damage deposit was not mentioned on the booking listing. Only learned about this when additional check-in step was required a few days before arrival. The booking should be more transparent about this.
