Myself and my 4 other family members had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.
Positive: The house was in a very quiet street, perfect for families, but also within walking distance of absolutely everything. Parking was easy and free right outside of the house for the Monday to Friday that we were there, for my relative too with her car when she came to visit ( which is pleasantly and unusually surprising in a city). Two corner shops, that were very handy. The local shops (one Turkish mini market I just couldnt keep away from) were a 5 minute walk away with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. One Italian restaurant we went to very late at night and rather a large group and were welcomed very warmly and served delicious Italian food. The railway station (easy 20 minute train journey to Barry Island) was about a 20 minute walk, as was the main city centre with beautiful shops, pubs and restaurants and Cardiff castle. The house itself was perfect for the 5 of us (the 2 toilets were a must), although the laminate flooring could have been washed/wiped clean, rather than just hoovered/brushed and the pillow/mattress protectors could do with washing between visitors, as were stained. The bedrooms were a good size, 2 teenage boys in the top bedroom, myself and my daughter shared the back bedroom and my mother the front bedroom and we were all very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice, comfy duvets. Each room had a fan that was very welcome at this time of year. The kitchen had everything we needed. I did cook a full meal one evening. We were so lucky with the weather and the garden was lovely to sit out in at the garden table in the mornings and evenings and to eat too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would book again myself for my next visit to Cardiff.
Negative: As above, just the laminate flooring could have been washed/mopped and the pillow and mattress protectors could be changed/washed between visitors, as were stained.

Positive: Nice house, well equipped and tastefully furnished, 15 minutes walk from The Pricipallity Stadium and excellent communication from owners.
Negative: Actual area around property is quite run down, the garden area could definitely be improved and a the entrance hall and stairs paintwork could do with a refresh. Perhaps a extra toilet and shower room in the loft might be an idea.

Easter in Cardiff.
Positive: Good location for public transport and walking into the city centre. Spacious rooms. Modern feeling but with lovely character design. Good communication with hosts. Handy online portal. On street parking directly outside the property. Quite street. Well equipt kitchen with a huge fridge and freezer space Would stay here again.
Negative: Front door lock takes a bit of getting used too. Coffee machine but no complementary pods.

Did the job however won’t be back
Positive: We liked the open plan living area.
Negative: The stairs had worn with sharp pieces in show, one of us actually cut our foot. No first aid kit to treat. The door is actually a very big problem we couldn’t get in countless of times!
